At first I thought these reviews may be fabricated, but when my sister told me about this Long Island Plumber called Pipe Doctor Plumbing & Heating, I knew I had to try them out for an emergency heating repair I needed. The plumber arrived within 45 minutes, figured out what was wrong with my boiler and fixed it. The bill was very reasonable and he told me what the charges would be before he started making the repair. Job well done - exceptional I might add. I will call them again whenever I need a plumber.

I just called on a holiday weekend and first they tried to troubleshoot over the phone, then actually came at 10:30pm on a Sunday night and not only fixed my central air in under a hours time, but the tech actually looked over the entire AC unit and fixed something that I did not even know what broken!! I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! They are worth every penny!! Thanks Mike!

They answered the phone at 2AM on the first ring. Gentleman that answered the call had answered all of my questions and had very quickly set-up a response team to come right over and fix our Air Conditioning unit. The job was completed a month ago and we haven't had another problem with the AC since then.

Excellent Central AC repair service on Long Island! The best of the best. Two other hvac companies told me I needed to spend over $12k to replace my ac system - my friend told me to call Pipe Doc and they came out. Guess what? Yes, my system is old, but a $375 repair got it working again and allowed me to save up and budget a new system in the near future. They are honest and professional!

time, quoted a price up-front and promptly repaired our
central ac system as promised. Their rates may
be alittle higher than the rest, but they came on-time, had
the parts on the truck and the tech was very professional and
he took the time to explain everything to me in words I can
understand. Before leaving, he gave me some helpful tips on
things I can do to keep the system running to save a future
service call. This company is obviously driven by customer
service and satisfaction. I will not hesitate to call them
again or refer others to them.

me? I absolutely love this company. I have an A/C unit in my
building in Manhattan that was serviced by another comapny who
charged me HUGE service fees via annual contract and for each
visit. The AC unit is hard to reach as it is placed high above
the ceiling in the building's lobby. This worked out nicely
for my old company as they charged tons exrtra in access fees
and never fixed the problems so that they get to come back
every 2 months and charge me more. A good friend recommended
Mike Diack of the Pipe Doctor. Not only did they come
immediately and cost way less than anyone else, they actually
fixed the problem saving me thousands of dollars. I have since
given this company 5 other jobs and recommended them to all of
my friends and colleagues. Why can't every business in nyc
run their operation like these guys???? Kudos!!!! BIG

rest was when the President of the company, Michael called me

I have used to PIPE
DR residentially in Lawrence NY, and commercially in
Brooklyn ny all the times i have received emergency
service when needed. The service has always been prompt and
affordable. This is after having used other national brand
service companies the PIPE DR was far superior i
recommend the PIPE DR for all commercial and

My 30 year old
outdoor unit for my central air conditioning died and was

freon condenser and replaced it the next day saving me

night. My boiler would not work last night and I started to
call to get emergency repair service. After trying many

immediately tried to help me figure out the problem without
coming for a service call. NO ONE ELSE OFFERED TO DO THAT. He
talked me through the whole process and our heat came back on!

kitchen facuet as I was preparing a huge meal a few evenings

WOW! These guys are PROFESSIONAL and REASONABLE PRICES.
Excellent CEDARHURST plumbing, plumbers,
whatever! Fast! I called at 5am, I got a human on the phone, not an
answering service - a real plumber. He took all my
information, helped me over the phone. I was assured that everything would
be ok, and guess what, it WAS OK! The man came in less than 1 hour and
because he lived nearby, I didnt pay a service call charge. The man said
they have a lot a technicians and they are all every happy. Alot of them
come from other companies where there is no insurance or health benefits,
but my man who came said they are all very well taken care of. But the tech
who came to my house looked at my WATER HEATER and said I should replace it
within the next couple years because it was getting towards the end of its
life! Come on, what kind of great service is that!

the man who came to my house really knew
his stuff. explained everything to me so I could understand why my air
conditioning broke, what needs to be done to prevent it from happening again
(change my filters) and even showed me where my main valve is in the basement

Had an emergency sewer
stoppage and just got back from a vacation at 11:45pm. Called and a real
